主要職責(zé):
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 原料庫(kù)的日常管理，人員合理安排，流程優(yōu)化。
Daily management of raw material warehouse, reasonable arrangement of personnel and process optimization.
2. 包裝材料和日常輔助材料的采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)的審批, 原材料的收貨、入庫(kù)、出庫(kù)的的審批，打印。
Approval of purchase request for packing material and daily auxiliary material. Examination and approval of raw materials receiving, warehousing and delivery.
3. 產(chǎn)品根據(jù)庫(kù)位合理碼放，做好標(biāo)識(shí)。定期安排整理倉(cāng)庫(kù)物資，及時(shí)打掃，保持倉(cāng)庫(kù)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，做好產(chǎn)品防護(hù)。
Stack up the products reasonably based on storage location, sort the goods and materials timely, clean the warehouse timely, and keep the warehouse environment clean and products’ protection.

4. 根據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理及EHS的要求做好危險(xiǎn)品庫(kù)的日常管理工作。
Make daily management of dangerous goods warehouse according to warehouse management and EHS requirements.
5. 及時(shí)與保管員溝通，不定期檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況，保證所有的工作都按照流程執(zhí)行。
Communicate with the storekeeper in time, check the actual operation of the site irregularly and ensure that all the work is carried out in accordance with the process.
6. 制定盤(pán)點(diǎn)計(jì)劃并按計(jì)劃組織及執(zhí)行盤(pán)點(diǎn)，按規(guī)范要求處理盤(pán)點(diǎn)差異。
Establish and maintain inventory cycle count plan, and handle the inventory difference table timely and comply with the management SOP.
7. 推動(dòng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)DBS改進(jìn)及日常執(zhí)行管理。
Establish and maintain DBS SW, handle the DM and implementations.
8. 及時(shí)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。
Timely completion of other work supervisor’s arrangements.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1. 大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷；
Associate degree and higher education
2. 至少3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least 3 years related experience in warehouse
3. 積極進(jìn)取，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，熱愛(ài)倉(cāng)庫(kù)工作
Proactive, responsible, love the warehouse work
4. 熟練掌握原料倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理的相關(guān)流程，熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)，具備相關(guān)的操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Familiar with the process of raw material warehouse management, experience on ERP system practice.
