4． 負(fù)責(zé)合同中的退、換貨處理；
The contract return processing ；
5．結(jié)合庫存及訂單情況，合理安排訂單發(fā)貨；
Combined with inventory and orders, reasonable arrangement of orders shipments；
6. 對銷售數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計及分析；
Statistics and analysis of sales data；
7. 日常相關(guān)部門工作溝通及突發(fā)事件的處理（緊急發(fā)貨）；
Daily relevant departments to communicate and deal with the emergency (emergency delivery)
8. 積極完成本人以及團(tuán)隊的KPI考核。
Commit to meet individual KPI’s, Team KPI’s.
9. 與相關(guān)部門及時溝通，保持良好的合作關(guān)系
Communicate effectively and keep good relationship with cross team.
