1. Understand the real-time development of the hiring department, timely communication with the hiring department, HRBP, etc., focus on the organization, talent needs, clear candidate search direction, and output high-match candidates for the hiring department.
1.了解用人部門實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)展情況,及時(shí)與用人部門、HRBP等做溝通,對(duì)焦組織、人才需求,明確人選尋訪方向,為用人部門輸出高匹配度人選;
2. Conduct initial screening of candidates for required positions through talent database and recruitment website, and arrange the interview process of hiring departments;
2. 通過(guò)人才數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、招聘網(wǎng)站對(duì)需求崗位的候選人進(jìn)行初期篩選,并安排用人幫忙部門面試流程;
3. Manage and maintain various recruitment channels, refresh and release positions in time;
3.管理和維護(hù)各種招聘渠道,及時(shí)進(jìn)行職位的刷新及發(fā)布;
4. Establish a talent pool and deeply develop online recruitment channels to meet the employment requirements of the departments in charge;
4.建立人才庫(kù),深度開發(fā)線上、線下招聘渠道以滿足所負(fù)責(zé)部門的用人要求;
5. Assist in completing other recruitment activities according to the company's recruitment needs, and expand and manage recruitment channels according to needs.
5.根據(jù)公司的招聘需求協(xié)助完成其他招聘活動(dòng),并根據(jù)需求拓展和管理招聘渠道。

-2 years of experience in a multinational company
- 2年以上招聘工作經(jīng)歷
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-2 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing industry
-在汽車領(lǐng)域或制造行業(yè)有2年的招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)
-Good oral English is plus, good communication and interpersonal skills;
-良好的的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)為加分項(xiàng),良好的溝通能力和人際關(guān)系技巧
-Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point;
-熟悉辦公軟件Word, Excel, Power Point
-Self-driving awareness, integrity values,
-自我驅(qū)動(dòng)意識(shí),正直的價(jià)值觀
